3rd entry; GameStop +50% tradeins, ends 3/14/10

hello, welcome back to my blog for my 3rd entry; thank you for joining me

this blog is getting a lot of visitors (much more than i expected!), so i hope i can provide quality reading to all visitors ; i hope each visit is worth your time; today i want to discuss:

gamestop trade in promo
today i want to discuss a trade in promo at gamestop. now we know that gamestop is either "hate it or love it' kinda place (im mroe on the 'hate it' than 'love it'); their trade in values are low (widely known), however their current sale can help boost that a bit

currently until march 14, 2010, all trade ins get a 50% boost! if you have an Edge card w/ them, you get a 60% boost!

here's from their site:

"50% Bonus On All Games Traded
Trade any games and receive an extra 50% trade-in credit. Expires: 3/14/2010. Offer not good on cash trades. Trades must be in full working condition to receive full value. Offer good towards games normally accepted in trade only. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Trade-ins subject to manager approval. See store associate for details. No dealers. Offer valid in the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam only."

so if you have games to trade in, now is a good time to do it. they take ps2, ps3, xbox 360, wii, ds , game boy advance games; they DO NOT take in Xbox 1 and other older games

example of trade in values as of this writing:
Mass effect 2: $30 base value

with the 50% bonus (this promo), you get $45

if you have their Edge card, you get a bonus 10% from that base value, so it's $30 + 60% = $48

(note that all is store credit!)

so if you just walk in and trade in mass effect 2 , you'd get 45$ store credit. if you have the edge card, you will get 48$ store credit

note: gamestop frequently changes (or lowers) trade in values at the end of a day, so do your trade ins early!

thank you for dropping by and reading! hope you get some decent trade in values out of this!

this week's free stuff:
FREE 1 year subscription to Maxim magazine

Maxim magazine is often free.  some people pay for them though, but the mag is often found free.  basically by giving out for free, they increase their "subsribers" (even if no one paid), which makes it enticing for advertising companies to put ads in the mag for $$$

http://www.mercurymagazines.com/pr1/169/16903?sssdmh=dm5.165439

offered by "mercury magazines" .  no credit card or any purchase required, supplies limited.  free 1 year subscritpion.  consider that a free gift from me to you each month, lol

thank you for coming by and hope you found this helpful  :)
